Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support the growth and operational excellence of our ERP sales function. As an essential part of our global sales team, you will work closely with Sales Account Executives (SAEs), Finance, and Consulting teams to drive seamless execution across the sales lifecycle, from CRM management and proposal coordination to renewals and client handovers.

  • Support ERP sales function and operational excellence.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Manage software renewal schedules and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and client demos.
  • Prepare tender proposals and manage submission deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance in proposal-to-invoice workflow.
  • Monitor sales tracking and maintain accurate reports.
  • Facilitate client handovers to ERP Consulting team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements
