Global Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Finance Manager to manage and strengthen TydeCo’s finance operations across a fast-growing, multi-entity organization. This role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and can balance hands-on operational leadership with strategic financial oversight.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day financial management including month-end close and consolidations.
• Accountable for preparing accurate management accounts and driving variance analysis.
• Manage financial operations ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead a small finance team and strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with Financial Director and cross-functional leaders on budgets and forecasts.
• Implement and improve financial processes that scale with growth.
• Advanced proficiency with Sage Intacct and other finance tools is desirable.
• Support tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and lead change management initiatives.
