The Sales Coordinator will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers within the New York office, contributing to administrative, financial, marketing, and operational functions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Resourceful and willing to learn.
  • Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
