Overview

The Sales Coordinator will oversee the internal acquisition process from an administrative perspective, ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing data related to sales conditions.

In Short

  • Verify and execute the internal acquisition process.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Certification standards (IATF 16949 / TS 16949).
  • Verify sales conditions such as price, warranty, and payment terms.
  • Perform data entry of purchase orders using systems like SAP.
  • Manage planning data including budget, volume, and sales.
  • Handle PCIS related processes.
  • Archive acquisition documents appropriately.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or B2B Marketing.
  • More than 2 years of experience in sales within the automotive sector.
  • Intercultural experience and ability to communicate in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using data management software.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work schedule.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
