The SMB Sales Coordinator will support Toast's top-performing Account Executives with administrative and post-sale tasks, ensuring seamless operations and driving customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Business Operations, Billing, Finance, Onboarding, and Sales Teams.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude for CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and efficient.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
