In Short

  • Keep sales pipelines tidy and updated in HubSpot
  • Send invoices, chase payments, and track course enrolments
  • Maintain dashboards and weekly scorecards
  • Organise sales call recordings and team docs
  • Help with SOPs, templates, and comms
  • Support the team with ad hoc admin

Requirements

  • Comfortable working independently
  • Sharp eye for detail and love for admin tasks
  • Confident communicator and super organised
  • Tech-savvy with CRMs, spreadsheets, and templates
  • 1–2 years of admin or sales support experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools
  • Bonus if you’ve supported RTOs or education businesses
