Overview

A mission-driven Remote Commercial Sales Manager is sought to lead the North American commercial sales team for a global leader in ballistic armor systems.

• Lead and develop a sales team to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute national sales strategy for body armor products.
• Identify new business opportunities and build distributor and agency pipelines.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and campaigns.
• Manage territory/account planning and sales forecasting.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
• Expand federal and law enforcement customer relationships.
• Report on sales performance to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of defense/law enforcement/tactical gear sales experience required.
• 4+ years of experience managing sales teams required.
• Knowledge of federal contracting and law enforcement procurement required.
• Ballistic armor industry experience required.
• CRM experience required.
