Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and pre-sales engineering.
• Knowledge of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP, and messaging APIs.
• Creative problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience in backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Knowledge of REST APIs design and consumption.
• Hands-on experience with mobile development is a plus.
• Experience with sales methodologies is desired.
