Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimizing core supply chain and operational workflows. This role supports fulfillment, purchasing, inventory tracking, cost analysis, and digital operations across platforms such as Shopify, Shipbob, Katana, and Amazon. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and cross-functional partners.

In Short

• Monitor daily order fulfillment and proactively flag delays or issues.
• Create and send purchase orders to suppliers.
• Track and confirm supplier payments; maintain a clear payment status overview.
• Maintain visibility on supplier liabilities and accounts payable.
• Monitor inventory levels across 3PLs and sales platforms.
• Ensure accurate inventory data in internal tools.
• Maintain weekly KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce coordination.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana.
• Working knowledge of tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Shipbob, Katana.
• Familiarity with AI technology is preferred.
• Comfort in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working remotely.
