In Short

• Manage day-to-day content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across social media platforms.
• Support creative content development including graphics, video clips, and captions.
• Monitor social media trends and performance analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and content calendar planning.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all external communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to amplify product launches and key initiatives.
• Track and report on KPIs weekly; recommend improvements based on performance insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with content management tools.
• A strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools.
