Futuro Media is seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This remote position focuses on media, storytelling, and amplifying underrepresented voices.

In Short

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit short videos for social media.
• Create graphics for episode promotions.
• Manage and update social media accounts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on social media calendar.
• Work with Editorial and Development teams to promote content.
• Track analytics to measure campaign success.
• Maintain email marketing calendar and assist with newsletters.
• Conduct research on audience trends.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp and WordPress.
• Passion for storytelling and understanding of Futuro Media’s mission.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
