Email Marketing & Retention Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Email Marketing & Retention Manager to lead our email and lifecycle strategy across flows and campaigns. This person will build and scale automated flows, craft high-performing campaigns around product launches and seasonal moments, and constantly test and optimize to increase LTV.

In Short

• Own and build all email flows (Klaviyo or equivalent)
• Plan and execute product launch campaigns, seasonal pushes, and promos
• Run frequent A/B tests
• Partner with the Product Development team
• Collaborate with the creative team
• Monitor and report on performance KPIs
• Maintain a clean and segmented list structure
• Build SMS flows and campaigns as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in email marketing, retention, or lifecycle marketing
• Deep knowledge of Klaviyo or similar platforms
• Proven track record of driving revenue through campaigns
• Obsession with testing and iteration
• Ability to turn product info into compelling messaging
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Comfortable owning strategy and execution
• Experience in SMS marketing preferred
• Familiarity with consumer goods preferred
• Creative background or light copywriting chops preferred
