Overview

The Manager - Finance will play a critical role in shaping the accounting, financial planning, and operations of Tumbler's e-commerce business.

In Short

• Focus on accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, budgeting, compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closes and financial reporting.
• Implement best practices for inventory accounting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze revenue streams and customer acquisition costs.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
• Support fundraising activities as needed.
• Monitor marketing spend and its return on investment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a curiosity-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years managing accounting/finance teams; 3-5 years in e-commerce or digital businesses.
• Knowledge of e-commerce business models and revenue recognition.
• Expertise in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics.
