Ecommerce Conversion Optimization Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Ecommerce Conversion Optimization Specialist to help increase conversion rates on our Shopify storefront, focusing on direct-to-consumer website performance.

In Short

• Audit our Shopify site and customer journey to identify friction points and missed opportunities
• Plan, design, and run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or similar
• Work with our design/dev team to implement and iterate on high-impact experiments
• Analyze conversion data and generate actionable insights to improve the user experience
• Optimize landing pages, PDPs (product detail pages), cart/checkout flow, and mobile experience
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign-driven landing pages and funnel performance
• Report regularly on wins, losses, and next steps

Requirements

• ~3 years of experience in CRO, ideally for DTC e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of Shopify and conversion best practices
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
• Data-driven mindset and a bias for action
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain what’s working and why
