In Short

  • Drive Front End Sales Funnel Performance through A/B Testing.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to design, develop and recommend changes based on winning test results.
  • Review funnel data to improve internal KPIs.
  • Create online sales funnels in SalesForce CRM.
  • Analyze performance metrics and test data.
  • Develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy.
  • Use an iterative approach to optimization.
  • Create reports based on test results.
  • Perform audits of web analytics implementations.
  • Monitor industry trends and new product offerings.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience managing and optimizing an eCommerce website.
  • Experience with A/B Testing.
  • Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions.
  • High competency with Google Sheets.
  • Segmentation experience.
  • Basic HTML/CSS proficiency.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and use basic formulas.
  • Strong understanding of website content management systems.
  • Willingness to learn and support business growth.
