In Short

  • Enhance community management workflow for social media presence.
  • Serve as primary contact for cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure proper handling of comments and messages on platforms.
  • Communicate with Customer Care and Marketing teams.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Report and measure community management metrics.
  • Analyze data for opportunities and recommendations.
  • Update social media assets in community management platform.
  • Work with QA team to meet performance standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2 years of social media community management experience.
  • Familiar with Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or SproutSocial.
  • Proficient in GSuite.
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
  • Experience with D2C brands in health, beauty, or pet preferred.
