Overview

We’re on the hunt for an energetic and organized Office Management & Community Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will involve co-owning key programs and initiatives with our Office & Community Lead.

In Short

  • Own and co-lead community-building initiatives and local celebrations.
  • Ensure offices are stocked, comfy, and optimized for productivity.
  • Manage office setup, leases, insurances, and safety.
  • Handle employee-related purchases like laptops and company swag.
  • Support planning and executing quarterly and annual meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/HBO degree or equivalent.
  • ~5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and quick to learn new tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong ownership of projects and getting things done.
  • Regular presence required in Eindhoven office & up to 30% travel.
