Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (CRO) - Remote

In Short

• Drive on target Front End Sales Funnel Performance through A/B Testing.
• Partner with cross functional teams to design, develop and recommend changes based on winning test results.
• Review funnel data to improve internal KPIs.
• Create online sales funnels in SalesForce CRM.
• Analyze performance metrics and test data.
• Develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and new product offerings.
• Create reports based on test results.
• Contribute to the development of the team’s processes and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (required).
• 2-3 years' experience managing and optimizing eCommerce websites (required).
• Experience with A/B Testing (required).
• Segmentation experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS proficiency.
• Tableau proficiency.
• Team leadership or Project Management Experience.
• Experience with Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use basic formulas.
