Overview

We are seeking a full-time remote Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team and take ownership of optimizing our conversion funnels, with a primary focus on managing our active landing page index.

In Short

• Maintain and oversee the company’s active landing page index.
• Monitor and analyze marketing spend directed to landing pages.
• Leverage tools to analyze web traffic patterns and user behavior.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments.
• Develop and execute a CRO roadmap.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of CRO trends and methodologies.
• Act as the CRO subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years in CRO or digital marketing, with 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency with CRO tools, specifically Optimizely.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Familiarity with usability tools like Clarity and Hyros.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to optimization.
