CRM Marketing Manager (Retention) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a results-driven CRM Marketing Manager with experience in EdTech to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth after students enroll. This role will focus on increasing repeated sales (upsells from monthly to full payments) and reducing churn through targeted CRM marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Upper-Intermediate English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
