• Plan and execute impactful promotion campaigns.
• Conduct detailed campaign analysis, focusing on key metrics to understand campaign success and improvements.
• Customize campaigns, working with a range of communication channels (Email/SMS/Popup/WebPush).
• Collaborate closely with wider teams, focusing on ordering content and design materials.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow.
• Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup).
• A great knowledge of casino and sports players.
• A good knowledge of betting industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.).
• Ability to prioritize and organize operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus.
