Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator at BD will support various procurement and inventory activities while ensuring the efficient flow of materials necessary for production.

• Supports Indirect Purchasing activities and resolves invoice issues.
• Works closely with Direct Procurement to manage open orders.
• Assists Planning team with reports for Schedule Attainment.
• Monitors and maintains inventory levels in accordance with policies.
• Supports monthly cycle count processes and inventory accuracy.
• Functions under the direction of a senior associate.
• Observes safety and environmental procedures.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work environment.
• Works in a high-demand factory operation structure.
• Communicates effectively to bridge supply chain and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or actively pursuing one.
• Minimum of 4 days in-office presence required.
• Ability to learn and support upstream and downstream operations.
• Great communication skills.
