Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support XOXO's expansion across Europe. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, ready to strengthen our local team in Germany.

In Short

Manage inventory control across multiple EU warehouses
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations
Maintain master data for items, bills of materials, and orders
Analyze key supply chain data to highlight operational risks
Plan product launches and manage compliance
Collaborate with co-packers on marketing campaigns
Utilize tools like Asana for project management
Occasional travel within the DACH region
Fluent in German and English
Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination

Requirements

Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive
Strong Excel skills for data analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent communication skills
