Events Manager - Remote

Overview

Truv is transforming the financial data industry with a secure and real-time API platform for payroll account access. We are looking for an Events Manager to manage our event strategy and execution, responsible for Truv’s participation in external events.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting and venue selection.
• Foster relationships with internal partners to execute event strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to align event components with brand standards.
• Develop collaboration with Product Marketing for consistent messaging.
• Generate demand and promote event strategy through collaboration.
• Leverage technology to enhance all events.
• Measure and analyze event performance for future enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards at all events.
• Requires up to 50% domestic travel; work evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event management, with 2+ years marketing to C-Suite audiences.
• Ability to own event strategies with minimal oversight.
• Passion for creative event strategies with proven positive results.
• Knowledge of managing speaker preparation with executives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in vendor negotiation and sponsorship contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
