Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Accounts to serve as a trusted advisor to our strategic and enterprise Fintech and Financial Institution clients, impacting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Own the success and outcomes of Truv’s largest enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and maximize utilization of Truv within organizations.
• Lead enterprise-level implementations across products.
• Design and deliver tailored enablement programs.
• Collect and analyze customer data for insights.
• Identify and manage customer risks proactively.
• Support renewals and expansions with Account Executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS technology.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise Customer Success lifecycle.
• Experience leading large-scale software rollouts.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Skilled at educating and training enterprise customers.
• Track record of resolving complex customer issues.
• Familiarity with fintech technology.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
