In Short

• Lead the definition and delivery of lending-focused features and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in lending or financial technology.
• Experience delivering products for lenders or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of income and employment verification workflows.
• Track record of running user testing and A/B experimentation.
• Excellent execution skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred.
