Events Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing both virtual and in-person events for a company at the forefront of decentralized computing.

In Short

• Plan, organize, and execute in-person events, including conferences, AMAs, meetups, and product launches.
• Manage event logistics such as partnering with potential partners as co-hosts, venue selection, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and communications teams to ensure event goals are achieved.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, speakers, and sponsors.
• Oversee event promotion across social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Coordinate post-event activities, including data collection, reporting, and feedback analysis.
• Stay updated on crypto and blockchain industry trends to ensure events remain relevant and impactful.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in event management, and familiarity & a strong network with crypto, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extroverted, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets.
• Proficiency in event management tools and software is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
