Overview

C+C is an award-winning integrated marketing agency focused on changing behaviors for good through various social and environmental initiatives. They are looking for an Events Manager to lead their event team and manage community events.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the event team at C+C.
  • Coordinate small to large-scale events for various clients.
  • Develop and manage a brand ambassador program.
  • Supervise internal events team staff and interns.
  • Plan and execute multiple events, including PR initiatives.
  • Lead client meetings regarding event strategies.
  • Create event timelines, budgets, and reports.
  • Manage logistics and staffing for events.
  • Occasional supervision of community events on weekends and evenings.
  • Work primarily from the Seattle office with a hybrid model.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of event planning experience, preferably in marketing.
  • Strong relationship skills with clients and teammates.
  • Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in identifying tactics for client projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • A sense of humor.
