Field Services Representative - Energize Connecticut - Remote

Overview

C+C is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing professional to join the C+C Field Services Team in support of Energize Connecticut’s residential retail energy efficiency programs throughout Connecticut.

In Short

• Conduct field visits to up to 90 branches/locations a month
• Oversee Retailer/Manufacturer promotional compliance and product placement
• Engage with partners to identify market barriers
• Educate partners about Energize CT programs
• Deliver formal and informal retail employee training
• Work with partners to maximize promotion of rebated items
• Create and staff promotional events
• Report visitations and outreach results
• Maintain relationships with program participants

Requirements

• Proactive self-starter with excellent time management
• Strong customer service and account management skills
• Comfort presenting in front of audiences
• Ability to perform outreach to leads
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer relations or sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Residence in the region for which job is posted
