Overview

C+C is an award-winning integrated marketing agency focused on changing behaviors for good. They are looking for a motivated professional to join their Field Services Team in support of Utility Residential Retail Rebate programs in the North Sound area.

In Short

• Serve as an extension of utility partners in retail locations.
• Oversee promotional compliance and product placement.
• Conduct field visits at multiple locations weekly.
• Educate retail partners about utility programs.
• Deliver training to retail staff.
• Participate in promotional events.
• Report on store visitations and outreach events.
• Maintain utility relationships with program participants.
• Perform in-depth surveys with customers.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in customer relations or sales.
• Insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Proactive self-starter with time management skills.
• Strong customer service and account management skills.
• Virtual training skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information.
• Must be able to stand and navigate stores.
• Some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Residence within the job region.
