Field Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Representative will execute service work at customer sites, ensuring adherence to Hitachi Energy standards and Health and Safety requirements while maintaining professionalism.

In Short

• Perform transformer installation and maintenance activities.
• Conduct electrical testing of transformers.
• Operate and maintain transformer oil processing rig.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering departments.
• Prepare customer reports on testing and site work.
• Work under challenging conditions and be available for emergencies.
• Participate in technical training and administrative tasks.
• Travel as required for development and maintain a valid passport.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Requirements

• A trade education, college or university diploma/degree in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of electrical field service experience.
• A valid Canadian driver’s license and acceptable driver’s record.
• Willingness to work in different conditions and hours.
• Mid-level computer operation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
