Overview

We are seeking a Growth Analytics Manager to join our Analytics & Insights team at Trupanion, responsible for building and scaling internal data products and driving data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach.
