In Short

• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and QA engineers.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and compliance.
• Establish and maintain automated and manual testing frameworks.
• Champion defect tracking, regression testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Allocate development and QA resources effectively across projects.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team growth.
• Build and maintain resource plans for Salesforce initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Provide updates on team progress and risks to leadership.

Requirements

• 9+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer.
• 5+ years of experience managing development and QA teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make informed decisions in uncertain situations.
• Agile certifications a plus.
