Overview

We are looking for a Head of Sales who can help us to grow our B2B product in the LATAM region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and drive adoption of our Upskilling product.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion markets.
  • Optimize the sales funnel and customer acquisition processes.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish relationships with B2B clients.
  • Negotiate and close B2B and B2G deals for large-scale adoption.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Remote, full-time position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Proven track record within corporate entities.
  • Experience in EdTech, HRTech, and IT fields is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Extensive network in the Latin American business community.
