Overview

As the Head of Sales for Nebius Academy, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue for our B2B upskilling products in the LATAM region.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team in Latin America.

  • Optimize sales funnel and customer acquisition processes.

  • Negotiate and close B2B and B2G deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Remote, full-time position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, HRTech, or IT fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Extensive network in the Latin American business community.
  • Willingness to work across Latin America.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to refining sales strategies.
  • Native-level Spanish proficiency and fluency in English.
  • Experience with digital collaboration tools.
