Overview

As the Head of Sales at Nebius Academy, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B upskilling product in the LATAM region, leading a high-performing sales team and developing effective sales strategies.

In Short

  • Lead sales strategy development and execution for LATAM.

  • Optimize sales funnels and customer acquisition processes.
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish relationships with B2B clients and negotiate deals.
  • Conduct market research to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Remote work with a monthly salary of $4000 - $5000 USD.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Proven track record in corporate entities.
  • Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or IT is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
