In Short

  • Help students by answering their questions in chat rooms and mail channels.
  • Accompany the learning process, communicate with the student guidance team.
  • Work with a large amount of information and structure it accordingly.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Advanced level of English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
  • Customer oriented and able to multitask.
  • General understanding of the IT industry and basic knowledge of programming languages.
  • Work experience in a help desk or call center is a plus.
  • Night shifts from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (CDMX time).
  • 100% remote collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Advanced level of English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
  • Customer oriented, enjoy helping people, and able to multitask.
  • General understanding of the IT industry and basic knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python.
