In Short

  • Manage key accounts and drive business growth across the main US regions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-value accounts.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential new suppliers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Represent Bókun at industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies.
  • Monitor account performance and deliver insights.
  • Drive revenue growth through relationship management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the US and occasionally Europe.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow high-value accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the European travel and tourism market.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Experience managing cross-cultural relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
