Overview

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Compensation Manager to design and lead our approach to market analysis across a decentralized organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation or related HR analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience performing market analysis to design compensation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and survey methodologies.
  • Experience with compensation surveys from vendors like Mercer or WTW.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in decentralized team environments.
