Overview

In Short

• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the hiring strategy for AI, data, and engineering functions.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact, hard-to-fill technical roles across the AI task force.
• Translate evolving business needs into clear hiring plans, role definitions, and candidate profiles.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies targeting passive, high-caliber technical talent.
• Act as a market expert, advising leadership on talent availability, competitive landscape, and compensation trends.
• Help design and implement scalable recruiting processes to support multi-role, multi-phase team buildouts.
• Drive a structured, high-quality interview and selection process aligned to long-term success.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects a high-performance, mission-driven culture.
• Partner cross-functionally to align hiring with growth and value creation goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with deep expertise in engineering, data, and/or AI hiring.
• Proven success hiring for highly specialized, competitive roles.
• Experience operating in high-growth, PE-backed, or build environments.
• Ability to function as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing capability and track record engaging passive talent.
• Experience building teams from zero to scale or supporting large hiring initiatives.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping define roles.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
