In Short

• Proactively source technical talent including AI/ML Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, and Software Engineers.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-caliber technical talent through outbound sourcing and referrals.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and closing.
• Manage multiple highly technical searches simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Calibrate candidates against a high technical bar.
• Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
• Support hiring in the Bay Area and London office.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven technical recruiting experience.
• Success recruiting AI/ML Engineers or similarly advanced technical profiles.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts in ML, computer vision, and robotics.
• Proven ability to close highly technical hires consistently.
• Comfortable carrying a quarterly hiring quota.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders.
• Strong sourcing capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
