Overview

This role is responsible for leading and executing the sales process to engage suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry to join Tridge’s platform (Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub).

In Short

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful onboarding.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using internal tools.
  • Provide feedback to improve product-market fit.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Existing network in the food and agriculture industry.
