Senior Manager, Accounts Payable - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Sr. Manager will be essential in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives and provide exceptional customer service to support internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable Operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Partner with others to design and implement process and system updates.
• Provide payment and invoice resolution assistance.
• Develop and maintain strategy for electronic payment conversion.
• Create, track, and manage Payables KPIs.
• Oversee staff development and performance management.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Bachelor's degree or Accounts Payable certification.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; intermediate in MS Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Oracle, Concur, or Coupa preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Understanding of the full P2P cycle.
