Senior Accounts Payable Manager - Remote

Overview

As our Senior Accounts Payable Manager within the Finance team, you will be pivotal for the accounts payable process across our European Entities. Reporting to our Team Lead Accounting and collaborating with our Accountants, you'll play a crucial part to help us get our accounts payable processes ready for continued company growth.

In Short

• Oversee and improve the accounts payable process.
• Manage purchase orders and employee expenses.
• Resolve complex payment or billing issues with vendors.
• Develop and implement policies for accounts payable.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Record invoices accurately and pay on time.
• Act as the main contact for accounts payable requests.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounts payable.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
• Proficiency with bookkeeping software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ethical behavior and company policies.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
