Accounts Payable Manager - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Manager position will take a role in the Finance Operations organization and oversee the shared services center daily operations.

In Short

• Manage Accounts Payable activities for the Americas region
• Oversee Finance Operations processes covering main AP activities
• Indirect supervising of the shared service offshore team located in India
• Collaboration with other company units such as Procurement, Logistics, and Tax
• Support audits conducted by external and internal auditors

Requirements

• Accountant with 5-10 years’ experience in accounting & finance operations
• Oracle or Workday knowledge - an advantage
• Experienced working in Excel
• Knowledge of Concur required
• Ready to work in Afternoon shift 3 PM - 12 AM IST
• Experience in a global organization and multi-cultural environment
• Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking
• Team player, result driven, details oriented, independent, proactive
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
