Accounts Payable Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Payable Manager to lead and manage our Accounts Payable team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our large, fast-growing company.

• Lead a large and diverse AP team, including hybrid and remote employees.

• Oversee vendor setup and maintenance processes.
• Manage the invoice entry and payment issuance processes.
• Oversee AP-related month-end close activities.
• Ensure accurate preparation and filing of 1099 forms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable leadership role.
• Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in team building and fostering a positive work culture.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes.
• Experience with ERP implementation and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
