Senior Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems - Remote

Overview

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems to lead the strategic vision, implementation, and optimization of our GTM tech stack. This role is critical in driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

In Short

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of the GTM systems strategic vision.
• Complete hands-on configuration of the GTM systems, including Salesforce.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools for sales engagement and marketing automation.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and manage the GTM systems roadmap.
• Drive seamless integration across systems.
• Collaborate with the Data team to establish data governance standards.
• Develop training programs to drive user adoption.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in GTM operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or GTM systems management.
• Salesforce certification(s) required.
• Hands-on experience with sales engagement and marketing automation tools.
• Proven track record of designing scalable system architectures.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies preferred.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.
