NuvoAir is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join as the Sr. Market Manager, leading the growth and optimization of a high-performing network of cardiologists and pulmonologists, driving meaningful change in the healthcare landscape.

In Short

  • Lead the growth and optimization of a provider network.
  • Shape NuvoAir’s provider network strategy.
  • Utilize market research and relationship-building for network expansion.
  • Conduct in-person visits to strengthen relationships with providers.
  • Travel to meet with providers and secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance provider engagement.
  • Monitor and report on provider network performance.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams for alignment.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or provider network development.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or provider network development.
  • Natural enthusiasm for cold calling and relationship building.
  • Proven track record of maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in cardiology or pulmonology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% in NY.
  • Knowledge of value-based care and healthcare contracting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payer and provider networks is a bonus.
