Overview

The Revenue Lead, ROPS position is responsible for resolving complex insurance coverage discrepancies and providing training to teammates while ensuring compliance with billing regulations.

In Short

  • Research and resolve insurance coverage discrepancies.
  • Provide training and guidance to Revenue Specialists.
  • Conduct data trending analysis and quality assurance reviews.
  • Identify payer trends and root causes of issues.
  • Act as a resource for teammates' questions.
  • Perform close reconciliation approvals.
  • Support department initiatives and stay updated on policies.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in team-building and training activities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement.
  • Experience leading a team or project preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to interact positively with all levels of the company.
  • Commitment to DaVita’s core values.
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel less than 5%.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
