Overview

The Revenue Lead position involves researching and resolving complex collection account balances while ensuring compliance with federal and state billing regulations. This role also includes training team members and performing data analysis.

  • Research and resolve complex collection account balances.
  • Provide training and guidance for team members.
  • Perform data trending analysis and quality assurance reviews.
  • Identify payer trends and resolve billing issues.
  • Act as a resource for team questions and issues.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on ESRD and Medicare regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interact positively with all levels of the company.
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of DaVita policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
